Chilli

What are the ingredients?

Around a pound of minced beef
One onion
One red pepper
Handful of mushrooms
Five garlic cloves
Tin of tomatoes
Chilli beans

How is the dish prepared?

Fry around a pound of minced beef in a frying pan until brown.

Chop one onion, one red pepper, handful of mushrooms, five garlic cloves and add mince to frying pan.

When sizzling add a tin of tomatoes and a can of Aldi chilli beans in chilli sauce.

Add salt and dry chilli to taste and allow to simmer for a couple of hours.

Serve with either rice, crusty bread homemade by Liz at Homemade Baking.
