Pasta with sauce

What are the ingredients?

Pasta
Onion
Butter
Mozzarella
Tuna or ham etc

How is the dish prepared?

Cook required amount of pasta until al dente then drain well

In a large pan melt knob of butter and gently sautee one large, chopped or thinly sliced onion

When onion is soft add a tin of chopped tomatoes and simmer.

Add a mozzarella also chopped and stir it in. I then add a large handful of fresh basil (growing your own is easy), salt and pepper

When mixed add cooked pasta to sauce and warm through

You can either eat this now or add a tin of tuna or chopped ham or whatever takes your fancy or whatever you’ve got in the cupboard.
